Calderwood Adult Living Facility was created to enhance the lifestyle & health of residents. Robert created the 1st therapy swimming pool & garden in Florida & maybe the U.S.

Positioning the dining room on the street side sidewalk allowed the residents to engage with the community during a monthly open house arts & crafts show, giving everyone a sense of value & worth.
